Ingredients
- 4 pieces flour tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 piece bell pepper
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the filling
Chop the bell pepper and mix it with spinach and cheese in a bowl.
2. Assemble the quesadillas
Lay a tortilla flat, add the filling on one half, and fold the tortilla over.
3. Cook the quesadillas
Heat olive oil in a pan, cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Slice and serve
Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with your favorite salsa or dip.
