Instructions
1. Prepare the filling
In a bowl, mix the kimchi, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
2. Assemble the quesadilla
Spread the filling evenly over one tortilla, then top with the second tortilla.
3. Brush with olive oil
Lightly brush both sides of the quesadilla with olive oil to ensure a crispy texture.
4. Air fry
Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
5. Cut and serve
Remove the quesadilla from the air fryer, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
