  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 handful Almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flakes

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the quinoa.

Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it according to package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool.

In a bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
