Ingredients
- 500 grams gnocchi
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onions
Instructions
1. Cook the gnocchi.
Boil the gnocchi in salted water for about 2-3 minutes until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
2. Toss the gnocchi with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the boiled gnocchi with olive oil and mix until they are evenly coated.
3. Air fry the gnocchi.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through.
4. Glaze with teriyaki sauce.
Transfer the crispy gnocchi to a bowl and drizzle with teriyaki sauce. Toss gently until they are thoroughly coated.
5. Garnish and serve.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the teriyaki gnocchi before serving. Enjoy your fusion dish!
