Ingredients
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pack Whole grain crackers
Instructions
1. Prepare the vegetables.
Wash and slice the cucumber into rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.
2. Make the herb spread.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with fresh dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Assemble the bites.
Spread a layer of the herb cream cheese on each cucumber slice and top with a half cherry tomato.
4. Serve with crackers.
Arrange the prepared bites on a platter alongside whole grain crackers for a crunchy complement.
