Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 sheets nori sheets
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon wasabi
- 1 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the sushi rice.
Rinse and cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly before handling.
2. Cut the vegetables and shrimp.
Slice the avocado and cucumber into thin strips. If using raw shrimp, cook them according to your preference.
3. Assemble the tacos.
Take a nori sheet and cut it into a taco shape. Fill it with sushi rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber.
4. Air fry the tacos.
Place the assembled tacos in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 5-7 minutes or until lightly crispy.
5. Serve and enjoy.
Drizzle with soy sauce, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and add wasabi on the side before serving.
