Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 8 pieces taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bunch sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cook the chicken.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until it is fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
2. Add teriyaki sauce.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Fill the taco shells.
Spoon the teriyaki chicken mixture into each taco shell evenly.
4. Air fry the tacos.
Place the filled taco shells in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 375°F for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
5. Garnish and serve.
Once done, remove from the air fryer and garnish with shredded lettuce, cheese, sliced green onions, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
