Ingredients
- 2 pieces flour tortillas
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the filling
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
2. Assemble the quesadilla
Place half of the kimchi mixture on one tortilla, then top with another tortilla to form a quesadilla.
3. Brush with olive oil
Lightly brush both sides of the quesadilla with olive oil for added crispiness.
4. Air fry the quesadilla
Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
5. Slice and serve
Remove the quesadilla from the air fryer, let it cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve with dipping sauce.
