Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 4 colors food coloring
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the crust
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
2. Make the cheesecake batter
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. Color the batter
Divide the batter into smaller bowls and add different food coloring to each to create vibrant colors.
4. Swirl the colors
Pour the colored batters into the springform pan in alternating layers. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together.
5. Bake the cheesecake
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
6. Cool and serve
Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
