- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 0.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon food coloring
- 0.5 cups sprinkles
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven and prepare baking pans.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Beat eggs and add wet ingredients.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
5. Pour batter into pans.
Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared cake pans.
6. Bake the cakes.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Cool the cakes.
Once baked, let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
8. Prepare whipped cream.
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
9. Assemble the cake.

10. Decorate and serve.
Add food coloring and sprinkles on top of the cake for decoration, then slice and serve.
