Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 0.5 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cake pan by greasing it.
2. Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.


3. Beat eggs
In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in vanilla extract and milk.
4. Combine mixtures
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.


5. Bake the cake
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool the cake
Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.


7. Whip cream
In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake and top with fresh berries.
