Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the crust
Melt the butter and mix it with graham cracker crumbs, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
2. Make the cheesecake filling
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, and then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Assemble the cheesecake
Spread the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
4. Add the crunchy topping
Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the cheesecake.
5. Chill and serve
Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, then slice and serve for a decadent treat!
