- 4 tortillas
Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients.
Drain and rinse the black beans, chop the bell pepper, red onion, and avocado, and chop the cilantro.
2. Cook the vegetables.
In a skillet, sautΓ© the bell pepper and red onion until softened, then add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning, cooking until heated through.
3. Warm the tortillas.
