Ingredients
- 1 packet Instant oatmeal
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Microwaveable rice
- 1 can Canned beans
- 1 cup Frozen vegetables
- 1 slice Cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare oatmeal.
Add water to a bowl with the instant oatmeal, stir, and microwave for 1 minute.
2. Heat rice and beans.
In a separate bowl, combine microwaveable rice and canned beans, mix well, and microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Cook frozen vegetables.
Place frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl with a splash of water, cover, and microwave for 3 minutes.
4. Assemble meal.
Combine the oatmeal, rice and beans, and vegetables in a bowl, mix well, and top with a slice of cheese.
5. Enjoy your meal.
